FLOWER OF LIFE WORKSHOPS

plenty of green around us. Anne’s workshop additionally involves connecting with the Sacred
Elements, Hathor energies and soundings. Anne incorporates a very special spiral chi kung
ceremony to gather, collect, and integrate the energies of Mother Earth, Father Sky and our
cosmos into our personal energy bodies. This ceremony also supports and protects the energies
of our heart.

About The Flower of Life Workshop
This is a unique, heart opening, experiential, and profoundly loving experience. It is offered to 
help ourselves and all life transition through the earth changes we are now deep into.
The Flower of Life workshop introduces the Right Eye of Horus Mystery School Teachings and
combines them with a powerful breath and meditation technique called the Merkaba
Meditation. The combination of the sacred geometry teachings and the meditation create a
doorway through which the student may travel beyond the limitations of time and space to the
unified living field of which we are all a part - the living energy of all Creation. As students
become more adept in their practise, their lives change profoundly as they open to the
unlimited potential of their human spirit.
The Merkaba Meditation clears energy blocks, raises your consciousness, and helps you
remember who you are and what you are here to do. It activates your merkaba, an
interdimensional vehicle of light, in the form of an incredibly powerful hyper-dimensional
etheric disc. Working with this meditation also offers a wonderful opportunity for connecting
with your Higher Self. When you have a good connection with your Higher Self you receive
moment by moment guidance on how to proceed.
More and more we understand that our ascension into higher frequencies and higher con-
sciousness depends upon our connection and relationship with Mother Earth. The Unity
Breath, a beautiful love and Earth healing meditation, is taught. The Unity Breath meditation is
a wonderful opportunity for building and achieving sacred relationship with Mother Earth - and
Father Sky. You will learn how to create and connect with your own personal Unity Consciousness
Grid, and you will learn how to connect and work with the Planetary Unity Grid.
Anne incorporates a very special spiral chi kung ceremony to gather, collect, and integrate the
energies of Mother Earth, Father Sky and our cosmos into our personal energy bodies. This
ceremony is powerfully protective and strengthens the heart and is usually done out in Nature.
In our time together we will also be connecting with the Hathor energies and you will experience
receiving Hathor blessings and healing through Anne’s voice.
This is very much an energetic and experiential workshop, continuously balancing your male
and female energies, your left and right brain, your emotional and mental bodies, your yin and
your yang. You will learn pranic breathing, a higher dimensional breathing and a breath
which, moment by moment, will help you remember your intimate connection with Creator.
The time we spend on sacred geometry will prove that every single cell in your body contains
Creator consciousness.
Our time together celebrates unconditional love, and works to heal your inner child and thus
connect you more profoundly with your Higher Self. Some traditions teach of Higher Self as
your vast Celestial Soul, your Ba.
